Shipping

Physical orders (necklaces, crystals) ship from our studio. You’ll get tracking when they go out. Digital products (ebooks, metaphysical charts) deliver by download/email — no shipping needed.

Custom necklace lead times

Customs are made to order. Lead time depends on stone and style — check the product page for the current window. We’ll update you if anything shifts.

Digital downloads

After checkout, your ebook or metaphysical chart is available to download (and usually emailed too). Check spam if you don’t see it. Need a re-send? Contact us with your order number.

Chart + necklace orders

Your chart is digital and arrives first. Your necklace is physical and ships when it’s made. They’re often two line items on one order.

Returns & exchanges

Custom necklaces are made for you, so returns are limited — see our Shipping & Return Policy. Ready-made items follow that same policy.

Care tips

Keep stones out of harsh chemicals. Wipe metal gently. Soft stones (like selenite, if offered) prefer dry, careful handling.
