Shipping & Return Policy


Order Processing and Shipment

All orders are processed within 24 to 48 hours from date of purchase. Orders placed on Friday will be processed and shipped the following Monday.

 

Standard delivery times are as follows:

  • Continental US addresses: 7-20 business days from the date of shipment.
  • Alaska and Hawaii addresses: 14-30 business days from the date of
    shipment.
  • Canada : 7-20 business days from the date of shipment.
  • Australia: 10-14 business days from the date of shipment.
    Other International Deliveries: The delivery time for international shipments is typically 7-20 days, but can take up to 7-20 days depending upon location. We have a network of international warehouses to help expedite your delivery and utilize local postal systems and couriers for door-to-door service.
  • For Some Shipments it can take up to or more than 30 days to be delivered at your door.

 

RETURN & REFUND POLICY

 

If you are not satisfied with your purchase of a product,

please contact Customer Support for a Return Material Authorization

(RMA) request within 14 calendar days of the receipt of the product.

The product must be returned to the The Loot Stop’s order center within 16

calendar days of the issuance of the RMA. All physical products must

be packed in the original, unmarked packaging including any

accessories, manuals and documentation that shipped with the

product. If the item is returned unopened in the original box, we will

exchange it or offer you a refund based on your original method of

payment excluding any shipping charges.

 

Instructions after you have received your RMA #

 

     1. Use a carrier that offers shipment tracking for all returns.

     2. Insure your package for safe return to  The Loot Stop or

declare the full value of the shipment so that you are completely

protected if the shipment is lost or damaged in transit.

If you choose not to (1) Use a carrier that offers tracking and (2) Insure

or declare the full value of the product, you will be responsible for any

loss or damage to the product during shipping.

Products Illegible for Returns

 

  1. If your product was delivered via Electronic Software Download, then you are not eligible to return the product.
  2. Products that were acquired for free (not for resale), including promotional products and trial versions or other products downloaded for free off the The Loot Stop’s web site or other third party electronic distribution sites.
  3. Shipping charges.
